Elocution lessons please to these two should commence immediately to hide a shame to the nation. Better still, they should just use Swahili and have interpreters for when they head out to beg for donor funds.
Hahaha! I am trying to understand your point "Anonymous October 29,2015 at 7:00pm)!!! Why would they need interpreters?? Are they not able to speak English?? Please Explain!! I thought adr. Magufuli has a Phd? I am not sure about the Muheshimiwa lady's Education level but I would hope she is well educated!!! Makubwaaa haya!!!
