YAANI kutembea tu kwa siku as an excercise does alot,,an hour everyday of 4 times a week inatosha au hicking sema swimming is thee best sema ndio mda ila kwa TZ mna bahari full time hilo ni zoezi tosha sema usafiri nao shughuli,,tembeaaaaaaa its cheap and keeps you fit!!
