Pole dear ukiona hivyo ujue wale wasomaji wa kichaga wote wamezaliwa Dar. Usijali watakuja wale wa kishumundu watakupa recipe. Mama Nuru atakuwa amepooza hatari maana mlijua kumchangamsha.

Mahitaji:
Nyama 1/2kg (chemsha isiive sana iwe na supu)
Ndizi 5 mbichi menya katakata
Kitunguu maji 1kikubwa chopped
Karoti 1 kubwa chopped
Green paper 1 chopped
Chumvi 1/4 teaspoon
Mafuta ya kupikia 2 table spoon
Black paper (optional)1/2 tea spoon
Weka ndizi ulizokata katika sufuria, tia viungo vyote (kitunguu, karoti,chumvi,black paper) weka supu ila isifunike ndizi halfway funika iache ichemke.
Ikishachemka kwa dakika 6-10 depend na ndizi, funua weka mafuta ya kupikia ongeza supu kidogo weka na hoho zako funika tena ichemke kwa 5min, angalia ndizi zako kama zimeiva.
Ipua chukua mwiko/potato mash anza kuzimash/kusonga ukiona zinakuwa nzito as ugali unakuwa unaongeza ile supu kidogo kidogo. Mara nyingi huwa namash zikiwa chini (out of jiko), ukiona umepata consistency unayotaka zirudishe jikoni ili zipate moto then, pakua tayari kwa kuliwa.
NB: Nyama unaweka mwisho baada ya kumaliza kuponda.

Chemsha nyama iive vizuri, iwe na supu nyingi kiasi kulingana na mtori unaopika, weka chumvi kwa ladha. menya ndizi (inategemea unapenda ndizi gani, kuna ndizi mshale, na ndizi uganda au ngombe) ila kwa test nzuri ya mtori tumia ndizi uganda unamix na viazi ulaya kidogo, osha ndizi zilizochanganywa na viazi, weka carrot, chumwi, mafuta na vitunguu maji na pia vitunguu saum kidogo kwa harufu nzuri na ladha pia, chemsha mchanganyiko huo hadi uive, unaweza kuchemsha kwa kutumia maji then ukapekecha na ile supu uliyochemsha au kama supu ni nyingi imenona vizuri unaweza kuchemsha ndizi hizo kwa kutumia supu. hakikisha ndizi zimeiva vizuri na zimekauka then anza kuponda kwa kuweka supu kidogo kidogo then zikishalainika kabisa weka supu na nyama kulingana na aina ya mtori unaotaka (namaanisha mwembamba au mzito kiasi) then pekecha mchanganyiko wote huo (unaweza kutumia blender pia) then karibu mezani.
