Wasanii wa Bollywood wana-shoot filamu na nyimbo nyingi Afrika, Ulaya na marekani kila siku lakini bado wanavaa kihindi sema wanachotaka ni location mpya tu so sisi tunashindwaje kuvaa kimasai, kizaramo, kihadzabe, kisandawe na makabila mengine au ndo ile zana kuwa makabila mengine ya Tanzania yamechanganyikana na wasauzi wakiwemo wangoni !

To each their own. He "might" have a point on that. But the thing is people do not dress like that on a regular basis, these indians or americans that's their daily bread most of the time. I think you can do you while dressed in whatever you want without loosing your essence!
So you mean you carry your country by how you dress?? A country is now reduced to your dress choice? Masai is not the only tribe in tanzania, we cannot all identify ourselves as them. Tanzania is richly populated with different kinds of tribes and they all have their own ways. I already see these artist try to dress in african prints and what not...you he means if you are msukuma you should have cattle and stuff because they are known for farming? And that other tribe that's known for planting bananas they should have those and wave them like they just don't care? So I guess these days just been from a certain country is not enough, you have to dress up and identify yourself as such?? It's a personal choice, I think you can carry you country in your heart and soul if you're asked about it you talk about it. Carry your culture and values not necessarily in your clothes but by the way you project yourself, present yourself and such. Culture is a man made thing, clothes at the end if the day are superficial, what really matters is what is in your heart.
