no am not,,i dont believ in dieting coz it has no lasting results,,i beleiev on eating right and excercissing,,kula vyakula vizuri na wakati mzuri na mazoezi ndio the only way,,nataka kupunguza kilo kama nne hivi so i have to start dancing the kilos off,,mm spendi gym na sijawahi ingia gym i only dance!!
