I think what they did on Beyonce's picture first of all its the make-up that needs to look good for the professional cameras as well as the lights...after shooting these people HAVE to photoshop it...its like a MUST! It is very irritating!!! so on that Beyonce ad, they wanted u 2 pay more attention to the hair other than her face...and this man at the last picture....UGH!!!!!
