Nuru, those are called ticket pocket there function was to hold tickets now a days they are serve no purpose other than being ornament. I'm going out of limb and assume that the groom is wearing a tuxedo jacket; Sheria should know better that there is no proper tuxedo in the world with ticket pocket. Also he should have adjusted the pants length of the groom man(whatever he's called).

I guess Ngowi is trying to do something different from the rest, props to him, not hating I justt think it's NOT swag.
